Presentations
Due to the quantity and the quality of the talks we have received, we would like to give room for a few more talks in the main auditorium so we would appreciate if you could review your talk to fit in a 20 minutes slot.
For the other tracks 30 minutes talks are possible, check the duration of your talk in the Agenda page.
To simplify the management of speaking slots please do add your presentations to the talk you submitted by the 29th of September. If you cannot meet the deadline or you prefer to present your slides using your own laptop, do notify us.
The presentations will be loaded on a Linux laptop so make sure you embed the fonts in the presentation file (PDF, PPTX or ODP) so that the text will be shown as expected.
If you choose to submit a PPTX file we recommend to open the presentation with LibreOffice to test it and make sure that the presentation does not include undocumented proprietary features.
While you can choose the layout you prefer we would appreciate it if you could also add in each slide the conference logo.
You can choose the following ones to fit with a white or a dark background.

Conference promotion
Don’t forget to promote the conference and your participation to attract the type of audience you would like to see during your talk.
We created and event page and an organisation page on LinkedIn as well as an OSCL account on Mastodon.
Feel free to promote the conference by other means.
Note that the attendees you invite will need to register so that we can plan for room sizing and catering.
Do not hesitate to contact us on info@opensource.lu if you require more information and assistance.
